Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of incense and consumable pooja products, returns are not accepted once delivered.
Eligible Cases:
Replacement may be considered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Reporting Timeline:
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
Resolution:
Replacement is the primary resolution. Refunds will be considered only if replacement is not feasible.
Non-Eligible Cases:
Change of mind, fragrance preference, or delayed reporting beyond 48 hours.
